The Everyday Subscriber program offers an auto-renewing subscription to The Everyday Face Cream. Your tier price and perks grow the longer your subscription remains active.

Managing your subscription

You can pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your customer account or by contacting us at hello@pharmessenceskincare.com. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled renewal to apply to that shipment.

Renewals

Your subscription will automatically renew at the price and frequency you selected at checkout. You'll receive an email notification before each upcoming renewal so you have time to make changes if needed. Your tier price stays yours as long as your subscription remains active.

Pausing your subscription

You may pause your subscription once per 12-month period for up to 60 days without losing your tier status. Additional pauses within the same 12-month period will reset your tier to Month 1.

Cancellation

There are no cancellation fees and no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time directly from your account or by emailing hello@pharmessenceskincare.com. If you cancel and later return, your subscription restarts at The Everyday tier (Month 1).

Refunds on subscription orders

If a renewal processes and you'd like a refund, contact us within 7 days of the renewal date. Orders that have already shipped follow our standard return policy.
