Because of the personal nature of skincare products and our commitment to safety and hygiene, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Orders If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your product, please contact us at hello@pharmessenceskincare.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will make it right.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at hello@pharmessenceskincare.com and we will resolve it promptly.
